We have introduced a new exam pattern, WBBSE25, to support the recent changes to the WBBSE report card.
When you create an exam using this pattern, you will notice two new columns in the subject list table: Formative and Full Marks. Check the Formative box to indicate that a subject includes formative assessment, and enter the corresponding full marks.
Note: The functionality to merge exams with other exams for the final report card has been temporarily removed. It will be reinstated before the final exams.
In this exam pattern, the subject list on the marks entry page includes three additional groups along with the Main Subjects group:
These formative groups will include only the subjects marked as formative.
